The Tampa Cruis-A-Cade Clubhouse (TCCC), located on the Hillsborough River is an ideal site for weddings, receptions, birthday or anniversary parties or meetings. The clubhouse features a galley kitchen with a new commercial refrigerator, commercial sink, microwave, and spacious area for catering. The interior, well air-conditioned hall accommodates up to 200 people and has a stage for a band or DJ and ample area for dancing. An adjoining screened in porch area (not air conditioned) is also equipped with tables and chairs and offers an excellent view of the river, especially at sunset. Both day and evening rental times are available.
The main room (includes use of tables, chairs, prep area in kitchen, bar area, 10 bags of ice, screened in porch, tiki hut and outside charcoal grills). Rental of the facility offers use of (6) 8 ft. rectangular tables and (5) round tables, both which will seat eight guests comfortably. Please see pictures in "TCCC Photo Gallery."
Cost: $1,000 for an 8 hour rental with additional costs for additional hours needed outside of this parameter.
$500 - Security/ Damage Deposit -The security/ damage deposit secures the date of your event and is fully refundable if more than 30 days cancellation notice is given. If cancellation must occur within 30 days, your $500 Security/Damage Deposit will be forfeited. If damages occur to the facility, you will forfeit the $500 Security/Damage Deposit. If damages are in excess of $500, you will be responsible for the balance. Please see "TCCC Rental Rules".
